Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility.
Handle daily social media activities: content posting, growth, and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, bounce rate, conversions, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with the design and content team to develop campaign creatives.
Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
Generate weekly performance reports and present insights to the Marketing Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Coordinate with sales and counselling teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
